This store is not user friendly at all, it needs a makeover big time, not only the store, but the staff.
They are very set in their ways and their attitude needs an overhaul.
This store is extremely uninviting the outside looks like a junk yard.
The reason I commenting about this store in particular, is that I have been in retail most of my life.
First impressions are important in selling, this goes hand and hand in selling.
