Large rambling shop perfect for a rummage.
Vintage and ” Designer” a bit more pricey but some good scores to be had with a bit of time.
Very good opshop! Plenty of clothing and bric a brac, nice section set aside for vintage and antique items. Makes a good twofer with the St John’s op shop about 5 minutes’walk down Lincoln Rd. Plenty of parking, and on the #6 bus route.
Shop has shifted since my last review. Now it is VAST! Still the same good stuff to see, plus more furniture. Can spend ages in here just looking! Some carparking offstreet, but easy to miss the entrance to the carpark off Lincoln Rd. Be careful! Still accessible by bus.
Store clean and tidy plenty of good quality goods.
The elderly male manager refused to give me a receipt when I asked politely. He just said no. When I explained I needed one so I could get reimbursed on behalf of a school he refused to provide me one with no explanation. He was arrogant and unhelpful and smirked at me with delight when he told me no.
He lost this sale and I will never be back.
I am not sure if I am talking about the same person, but one 50++ y.o. man, in SA uniform –no smile, very arrogant, garbed the item I was buying and $1 dollar change–not looking at me, kind off “I am sick of you all , customers”. So strange…The other ladies are polite and professional. As for the prices–very expensive some furniture, for instance..Little chair like for a balcony, short legs, etc –$45.. This is ridiculous.
