Hi guys. I would like to place my Feedback regarding unfair customer service in Tokoroa branch.
I understand that all money are going for
the support animals.
But saying one ammount then when I am paying change Your mind and charge in twice more its unprofessional, rude and upsetting me.
If Your sign saying all clothes in half price and I was double checked with You that this jacket in half price and You said YES. Then said NO when I am paying. We want more. Its confusing and upsetting. And it’s even not about $5…its about upsetting me like a Your regular customer. Ridiculous customer service.
