Friendly staff, great stuff, bright, clean and well-layed out store, with new things to look through coming in all the time – love it!
I would like to recommend this Dominion Rd Salvation Army store. They are so grateful for items we no longer gave a use for.
I have been waiting for 10 days to get a phone call from Royal oak and New Lyn stores to have beautiful furniture to be collected.
Dominion Rd will collect tomorrow and grateful.
Power crazy manager. Can’t go into the store with a scarf around my face and a proper ‘mask exemption’ from the govt. I was escorted out. You have to wear a ‘proper’ mask, no exemptions allowed, even for extreme health reasons… of course they care…
The manager should be fired.
The store manager is only doing her job with the tools provided by the Salvation Army.
They are not paid to be covid police & if your behaviour reflected your mask exemption (did you actually provide a legal exemption?) The manager is acting on what the law states & for the safety of others.
So you say they should be fired really! Visit any retail store in February & your reception would be the same!
The staff at the Mt Eden Salvation store are amazing. Whether you are donating or purchasing always a friendly reception.
