Frankly, this shop is a bit of a disaster. It has the floor space but it is badly laid out and like a few other similar shops has too much stock with no obvious strategy about how to get rid of it. This location possibly has the biggest DVD selection in town, but these are displayed so poorly I would give medal anyone who has the patience and flexibility to check them out. I am not sure if anybody on staff has any idea or experience about retailing or marketing.
Quite honestly, i have previously worked as a volenteer in the Kilburnie and Karori shops with Mario and have both times been treated shamefuly and unprofessionaly by him, not just me alone, but afew fellow volenteers, plus he is a little expensive and dose not offer good customer insentive even refuses to stock childrens clothing.
I used to work with Mario and I left because of the horrible way he was treating us volunteers
